Great location, fantastic service, strange odor emanating from bathroom & very warm dry room, difficult to control with fan/humidifier they left in room, otherwise great breakfast and service all around.

The most important part of this review is that we saw a few areas of suspected mold. We didn't do a mold test so can't be sure, but both in the bathroom in our room and the vent above the coffee machine there were a lot of black specks.
Besides that, the room was cozy, but the bed left us itchy.
The staff were very friendly, and very much the highlight of the stay.
The inn is very well positioned near the ochanomizu station and has several shopping areas within walking distance (15-60 minutes walk we found 3 good areas).

The room was different from the photos shown online. The layout was not the same nor the furniture shown. However it was clean and had all the basic amenities. My room was on the first floor and the people upstairs could be heard very easily walking around at night which was a bit loud. Besides that ...
