If you are going to stay in the room- the 1970s redo will not please you but everything is functional, has unbeatable view, awesome breakfast, great restaurant and great location. You will find no better value on Lake Como!

The view of our room was incredible, and we had a beautiful balcony overlooking lake Como. The bathroom had humidity on the ceiling which was quite noticeable, but not in the room. The breakfast was delicious. It is a family operated hotel and everyone was very courteous and polite. Access to the hotel is a bit difficult since the road to the parking is steep and narrow. Parking is free. Overall I loved my stay and I would come back. We had a great stay at the hotel!

Den FANTASTISKE udsigt opvejer et nedslidte hotel!

Hotellet var nedslidt og har helt sikkert stået helt stille siden det blev bygget tilbage i 60’erne - MEN den UDSIGT der var fra vores kæmpe altan, udover como søen var HELT fantastisk. Og så kan man sagtens leve med alt det andet. + personalet var meget serviceminded og der blev serveret skøn mad på restauranten. Så selvom det ved 1. Øjekast så ud som en kæmpe skuffelse, ende det med at være et af de vildeste hoteller vi har overnattet på.

Italiensk familie hygge

Yes inventaret er lidt slidt! Yes sengene er nok ikke de nyeste! Yes vi er taget 30-40 år tilbage i tiden! Men intet af det gør noget, når servicen spiller som den gør, maden smager himmelsk og stedet oser af italiensk familie hygge! Mamma e papa har opdraget deres familie til at yde god service, være smilende og venlige… Og til at lave fandens god mad 🙏

This property is a vineyard located on a hill over looking the ocean. You must have a rental car driving very narrow beautiful mountain roads to get to the property. It's a simple bed and breakfast close to 5 charming unbelievable beautiful towns by the ocean. Driving is challenging. Hope to get a chance to travel there again.

Nous avons passe un super séjour. Vue sur le lac de Côme cetais top. Le personnel de l'hôtel nous ont bien accueilli. Ils étaient tous a nos petits soins. Nous étions en demi pension repas tres copieux et tres bon. Nous recommandons fortement

La vue sur le lac est superbe. Le restaurant est bon et avec un paysage très agréable. La chambre était simple mais fonctionnelle. Dommage d'avoir été dans une zone fumeur. Le parking est un avantage mais n'est pas facile d'accès

Sliten hotel som jag vill undvika

Nerslitet hotell. Mögel i badrummet. Trasiga tapeter o avskavd färg på väggarna. Fuktigt i rummet. Dock var utsikten över Comosjön fantastisk. Middagen o vinet i restaurangen var bra. Men, jag rekommenderar inte en vistelse här.

Härlig utsikt från balkongen.

Underbar utsikt över Comosjön från våran balkong! Skugga på kvällen och det var perfekt i den varma sommarhettan. Hotellet är byggt 1976 och vi kastades tillbaka till 70-talet! Charmigt och välbehållet familjehotell. Inga renoveringar är gjorda, men det känns inte slitet.... bara 70-tal charmigt. Vi åt middag första kvällen och det var jättegott! Jag bokade detta hotell för den fantastiska utsikten och OK pris.

Dårlig service - som om de ikke gider arbejde der. Dårlige senge hvor man mærker alle fjedre. Kun udsigten var helt fantastisk. Hoteller er gammelt og slidt og virkede om et spøgelseshotel og gangene lugtede af gammel røg. Ingen aircondition.

I can't possibly recommend this hotel to anybody. The whole feeling of the hotel was depressing. The only upside was the great view from the balcony in our room
