There were bed bugs in the two bedroom suite and my brother had bites on his arms. We showed them to the general manager (Vince) and he reacted angrily and said it wasn't their fault. Long story short, it ruined our vacation plans and we checked into another hotel next day. I also called Expedia customer support but it didn't help at all. Worst experience ever in overall.

We take any issues regarding pests extremely seriously and go to great lengths to ensure our rooms are thoroughly inspected. Our Housekeeping department carefully inspections every room when cleaning in case of any signs they are reported A.S.A.P to our pest control company and treated on the same day they also perform a monthly inspection and regulated by the Health Department. We go through great length to ensure pest control is at the top of our list we had our pest control company and found no signs. I hope this give you the confidence upon your return. Our Sincere apologies from all of us.

Nice convenient condotel near Markham. Nice view from 12 floor lobby and room. Looks like a condo converted to a hotel. Rooms were comfortable and was fine for a 2 day stay for 4 adults. Breakfast looked decent although we prefer to eat out with all the Asian breakfast options close by. Beware, the walls are a little thin. You can hear your neighbor's tv and other noise.

Parking is a nightmare. I only got instructions for parking after I checked in. Lobby is on the 12th floor and elevators are touch pad outside elevators.

This was such a bad stay hotel—I really recommend you book elsewhere. The room we were in looked as though it hadn't been cleaned. The A/C was broken, so we spent the first night super hot as we waited for a repairman to come. The next morning, they were unable to fix it, so we were moved to a different room, meaning I had to pack up all of both of our stuff solo in the middle of my workday. The next room we were in had no access to the WiFi. It would link up for about 10 secs (at min connectivity) then disconnect. I was working all day so this wasnt going to fly. Yet again, we had to move rooms. The A/C in the 2nd room also died half way through the day the bathroom was also really dirty. Walls had yellow goo, and the shower was so rusted, it was not something I would want to stand under. On to our THIRD room in a 5 day stay. Room had slightly better wifi connectivity. The staff WAS very kind in trying to solve this but ultimately it was a nightmare packing unpacking constantly. I wasn't able to tether from my phone because the building made the phone service awful. Out front it was fine but I couldn't even send an iMessage from my room on my phone service. We're both on different providers and had the same issue. Then, we asked to extend the stay by a few hours and they insisted on charging a full extra night. I would understand if the hotel was busy but it was mostly empty! After all the issues you would think the least they would have done was let us stay later.

Breakfast is terrible. And i asked to change my blanket sheet because it touch the floor. and manager told me they don't change bed sheet every day. And after arguing she accept to change! Who sleep on sheet that touch the floor specially at the hotel which rarly clean carpets! Im always use liberty suit for myself and my gusts, but this kind of behaviors is not acceptable.

We change our bedding linen daily and always on request my apologies if this was over looked. Breakfast is enjoyed by many of our guest and would have appreciated if you could haven being more specific on our breakfast it consists of a variety of baked goods, yogurt, fresh fruit, boil eggs, coffee/Tea, fruit juice, waffles w different toppings etc. along w hot and cold items. I liked how the hotel was in a safe and quiet neighbourhood despite a train passing right in front of our room at least 5 times daily. It was pretty loud at first because we were wondering what it was, but as time went on, I got used to the noise of the train, and I didn't even notice it. The room was extremely spacious and the outline of the room was great as it had a kitchenette, lounging chairs, and a small bar table. The hotel's location was accessible to various locations, especially downtown, but it took roughly an hour to get downtown (Ex. CN tower) via one bus and subway. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast (ex. eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, fruit), but it did the job. There are many eating options (ex. Subway, Popeyes, pizza, Red Lobster) within walking distance as the hotel is situated in a complex. The only thing I didn't like was how slow the elevators were at times. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want to be outside the hustle and bustle of Toronto but close enough to still visit downtown Toronto and its surrounding cities.

The hotel's amenities are lacking in quality, from the tissues to the sheets and pillows—all seem to be of a lower standard. Additionally, the mattress is uncomfortable. Could you please ensure that the quality of the hotel's furnishings matches its rating?

Located in North York, provided easy access to large commercial district south on Yonge, and also access to Asian neighborhoods of Markham & Richmond Hill. Decent size room (had separate 1 bedroom suite) w/small kitchenette. Limited shopping mall adjoining hotel that did have a decent food court and a good-size grocery store (lots of Asian products). Parking lot under building was tight with lots of columns but plenty of spaces. Breakfast had plenty of choices BUT the menu NEVER CHANGED one iota over our 4 day stay. Dining space was adequate, though hotel staff always seemed surly & gruff. Elevator system had hiccups throughout our visit with wait times ranging from a few seconds to up to 5 minutes. Kitchenette would've been handy except absolutely nothing (cookware, utensils, etc.) was provided w/o added charge. Thankfully, Toronto has so much to eat that cooking never was needed.
