Even though it’s in an industrial area, it was close to all major routes, a great breakfast diner and Walmart for any necessities you might have forgot.

Stay there may 4. Wife park car at 2:30Am. By 5:00 AM the car got stolen from the parking lot. Staff mentioned no reports of car being stolen in the past. Review online show numerous cars stolen from there.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk staff is rude and unfriendly, except for one older gentleman that works there, they talk to customers as if we we’re staying there for free. It’s extremely expensive for the type of experience we get, extremely old facilities, furniture, decoration, curtains were in disgusting condition dirty old and ripped in certain areas. They charge you extra $8 at breakfast if you want eggs and bacon. I paid for that and it was served cold and not fresh at all, it was made hours earlier Also there are some shady people staying there

I went for a quiet restful get away and was subjected to 6 hours on my last day of fire alarm testing which was not communicated to any of us until the day it happened. So disrespectful. Their restaurant says 7 days a week but then is closed on Sundays. Worst included breakfast I’ve ever seen. Just Walmart carbs. Disgraceful.

Receptionist was really rude . No smile , no welcome. Nothing. For breakfast, black tea is the basic tea every where. . But there wasn’t any black tea for breakfast. There was just green tea. I am still wondering how it’s possible that there was no black tea at breakfast bar.

Booked a king suite w jacuzzi tub for my 5 night stay for a medical procedure. Upon arrival staff was very hurried and was unable to communicate due to very broken english.( I had asked about staying for my second week) but i had to " book now" luckily i said i needed to see the room first. Hotel room was not clean upon my arrival. Shower had soap build up along the walls and bottom of tub &toilet were dirty. Tv Counter had coffee and sugar dried up. Fridge had juice remnants. In the bedroom i found hair on 2 out of 3 pillows and top cover had brown stains. I told the front desk and they only said "so sorry" no offer to clean or switch rooms and no part of my stay could not be refunded at all. Had a shower to the smell of raw sewage even after running the water and fighting for the plumbing to drain. Jacuzzi tub was slimy. i had to purchase supplies to clean. Website stated " breakfast included". You would receive a voucher every morning for coffee, juice, toast or a croissant, but for an up charge you could have eggs and meat. Coffee maker did not work. In the parking lot, large chunks of glass occupied many spots and again staff did nothing to clean it up for the duration of my stay. Upon check out i asked for an invoice for my stay and they refused, i insisted so hegave a half printed receipt, told me that if i booked next week right then he maybe could offer a discount because i complained. Only expected a clean and safe stay to recover. This hotel is neit
