"Room and check-in were seamless. Restaurants seemed under staffed and a bit slow to serve, but would stay here again for the location."

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The amenities were incredible. The adults only pool, terrace and gym were great (my boyfriend loved the free water machine with flavours hahaha). The lobby are areas were very nice. Only downside is the breakfast cafe food was expensive and not the best. The location is safe and incredible; so much to do nearby! I would recommend."
One King West Hotel & Residence
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, mixed benefits of a hotel (restaurant, concierge, gym) with benefits of an apartment (kitchenette). Train station in the basement. Perfect location for attending TIFF."

"It was a very nice hotel and everyone was very nice and friendly. Getting water down the hall everytime was a little inconvenient. Wish they would provide bottled water. If you are not use to downtown Toronto they have a bike path right next to sidewalk. I was not aware of this seeing I’m from the US. Canada puts bikers before actual pedestrians. A biker ran into me and knocked me to the ground and then proceeded to cuss me out. There should be signs up warning people of these bike paths. Plus there were a bunch of vehicles parked on the left side so, they come flying out of no where! The bikers should be told to slow down especially when riding in front of hotels. I will be following up with the mayor who probably won’t care because it is Canada. Maybe I will phone President Trump!!"
