Self cater in Toronto

Location good. It is right by the 503 bus stop with a straight forward ride to Downtown. The apartment was easy to find and clean. Good shower room and kitchenette facilities and a comfortable bed. Longo's supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

Address was incorrect so we were staying about .5 miles away from where we thought. I booked here because it was walking distance from a concert we were going to. It was loud at night but because it’s write in the city. Overall property was clean,we had a nice stay and the host was responsive.

Nice place, lots of space, nice covered deck and in a nice little neighbourhood. Didn't get a check in message until 4pm the day of and the electrical outlets in one of the rooms didn't work.

This was a fantastic find. Amazing, convenient location, full apartment with two bedrooms and balcony. Worried initially as I did not get a message 24 hours in advance but great, convenient system once message arrived.

Nice apartment.

The stay was fine but the info on this site for checkin was very confusing and address actually misleading. Blocks and blocks away from where the property was listed. May want to revise listing. All and all it worked well still for my breif stay

Great spot for a family - separate bedrooms for the children, as opposed to staying in a hotel room. Having a kitchen makes it easier to have an economical trip. Close to a grocery store and next to a bus stop. The property wasn’t as immaculate as a hotel room but it was more than adequate to meet our needs. Be aware that the code for the door arrives at 3pm on your day of arrival - not 24 hrs in advance as the website says.

Were were generously upgraded to the suite for our first visit. The apartment has two bedrooms, a nice living room, kitchen and balcony. Pictures are accurate. This is directly on Queen and Greenwood, so there is some background noise with the streetcars etc but this did not really affect the overall visit.

Great experience! Couldn’t check in til 4pm would be the only minor thing, but they offered a 1 pm luggage drop off and sent us the instructions on access to the property well in advance of that! A couple days! So super minor! Everything else was great , a great place and no complaints at all , 5/5 ! Was exactly like the pics, easy communication, very nice and spacious and reasonably priced ! Would stay again

Clean and cozy. Easy entrance procedure and convenient parking. Very minor repair required to the curtain rod, which was broken when we arrived. It's nice to be told of that stuff beforehand so you don't need to worry that you're going to be held responsible for it.

Great location, poor furnishings

The beds were very stiff & the pullout mattress did'nt come with and bedding, the only extra bedding we found was soiled. The breaker blew for the fireplace and tv and when i tried call the customer line all i could do was leave a message, which i still haven't gotten a response to after leaving. Overall decent place for the location but finishing are cheap and guest experience needs to be more thorough

The location is pretty decent to walk around, it was a 30 minute walk to the beaches. The apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious, nice bedding. We did not really utilize the kitchen other than making coffee. There was a Keurig but no coffee pods, so we had to buy some at the local convenience store. The street noise in the primary room can be loud if you're sensitive to that kind of environment. The train ran all night long right out the window. We did not have hot water in the apartment forcing me to take a very cold shower (I had to shower then to prepare for a reservation we had, so I could not wait for the repair), but I reached out to the staff and they sent a repair man within a few hours. Overall, our experience was good and we would stay here again if we were visiting this area.

I had to ask for check in instructions as they were still not provided 24 hours before check in like they were supposed to be. Upon arrival, the pull-out couch was broken, many of the dishes were broken/chipped. The noise from the train was incredibly loud late into the night, and the neighbours renting the unit next door to us during our stay were playing loud music and yelling until 4am. Would not stay here again.

The bedsheets in the main bedroom had stains on them, we had to wash all the sheets and pillowcases because they didn’t look like they were changed. There were dirty dishes and utensils inside the dishwasher with caked up food on them when we came. The dryer had sheets that haven’t been taken out, and the couch had dirty shoe prints on it. We also found body hair on both beds.
