I didnt like the hidden costs & the fact that I never got a receipt to review them. WHat was initially going to cost me a little over $100 ended up somehow being $300. Apparently there was some kind of deposit which they never mentioned to me that was charged to my card. How can I dispute this? I need to contact someone at the hotel in Accounting. Also, Expedia listed it in Canadian dollars on the website. WHen I saw a bill, it was converted to USD. Again, false representation! I am super angry at this all & will never use either service again. I need a contact from Expedia to explain this to me.
