Hotel’s front desk night manager was very nice and sweet. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to airport. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Staff working at the front was amazing! My stay was good minus 2 things. First my shower was not clean there was hair from the last occupancy. The second thing that was frustrating, housekeeping knocked on my door at 830am when I went to sleep at 4am. She had knocked on the door to see if she could clean but that's way too early considering checkout is at 11. Everything else was good and I would return.

When I entered the Hotel, I was immediately greeted by the Hotel Guest Greeter. She was right on point & exceptional. She let me know immediately, that there was an issue with the hot water and if I wanted to cancel my reservation, there wouldn't be a penalty. I stayed & hot water was restored by AM.
