I like that there are two rooms and kitchen. However, I'd prefer if there were dishes and kettle.

Very convenient, a great choice for our week in Toronto. Basic accommodation... the rooms were quiet, nice to open the windows, and AC worked well when needed. Kitchen was fine -- full fridge with freezer, microwave and space for our food, dishes etc. We brought our own items for meal prep, including a small electric kettle. Easy to find groceries nearby, eg. Rabba within walking distance, No Frills by car, and San Remo bakery! Beautiful walk by the lakeshore. Front desk and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. No problems at all with wifi.

Near clinical level cleanliness, kitchenette, 24 hour desk, easy inexpensive parking, proximity to lake front, 24 hour grocery, transit, and college fitness center access make this an excellent choice for active, budget conscious, independent travelers.

A perfect location for moving east and west Transit was easy Food stores within walking distance Exercise facilities and lakeshore walks and runs fantastic Bike rental shop close by All in all a great place to stay

The property location was great for what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the one complaint was the request for linen change. We stayed with a young child and when we requested linen change we were told that could only be done on their specified day once per week. I would have changed myself if given the linens. That option needs to be looked into and adjusted. Otherwise everything else was satisfactory.

Property felt run down and the kitchen area and bathroom were concrete floors (and not nice concrete)very bad lighting and there was crusty stuff stuck to the wall in the bedroom. Front desk was nice on check in but the girl working on our check out day was rude.

very clean. Staff service and response to requests was super fast. Amazing staff with smiles on their faces all the time. The laundry app was so easy to use the laundry room and the machines are like new and kept clean. Walking distance to the lake is a major plus point as well. Lots of stores and restaurants to eat around the area as well.

I liked the price. The rooms were spartan, but what do you expecr in student dorms. I didn't like FINDING the front door. It should be clearly marked.

My only issue is that the building is not marked in any noticeable way. I drove around the area and couldn't figure out which one was the resident. I called the concierge who gave good information and I was able to figure out which building I had to go to.

Excellent value. Very nice neighbourhood near the lake. Basic but adequate room amenities. Two bedrooms: one mattress was poor, one was fine. We only needed one. Linen clean and fresh. Easy parking. Location was convenient enough for us. We'd stay again.

It was a residence setting, clean, plain Jane, twin beds (1/room), secure, quite, parking, no complaints for the setting and price. If you use kitchenette bring supplies - only disposable cup in bathroom, no coffee maker or kettle, no cutlery

We stayed over the weekend at this property. The rooms were clean. there are 2 separate rooms with 2 separate beds within a room. It was very convenient that way. However since it is a college residence it could tricky and sometimes you could get lost. Especially at nights they have i think only one entrance accessible after hours. But maybe it could also be a weekend thing.

Great accommodations for our family- two teens and my husband and I. They got to experience a college dorm room which was basic but clean, accessible. Wonderful staff, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Drew and the others for giving us good directions and touring advise.

This is not place to saty. for anybody.
Rooms had bugs bitng you .can not contact front desk from out side .always ask for the name or extention of person.which you don't have it, there is kitchenette but no stove. dorm had nothing to offer.no good resaurant around.there is no free parking in week days.

good location, closer to Niagara falls
clean, calm, but very poor wifi in our rooms. no TV so room is kinda boring... Did not try Ethernet connection. Other than that, it was good for the bucks
