"Convenient location. Helpful staff. The complaint we have is that our room thermostat was regulated by the hotel. We would turn the temperature down but it automatically went back to the higher temperature within a few minutes."

" First, the Hotel is an area of apartments and offices and has no services/restuarants within walking (except Tim Hortons). TV didn't work. Light fixture broken. Furniture stained or torn. Had to eat at the "Bistro." (Only) waiter said "it may take some time." It took 1.5 hours to get a hamburger. Stay away. "

"So we arrived for a trip and planned to stay 3 nights. We got a great deal on flight and hotel and the first couple days the staff went above and beyond and helped us in every way. Unfortunately our last day there things changed. Not a huge fan of the scheduled shuttles to the airport on the hr. Compared to on a need basis. Just an fyi. The hotel is located at the end/start of the main run way and you can hear the planes motors roaring when they start takeoff. Didn’t affect our sleep. Just annoying while watching tv or relaxing We asked for a shuttle at 4:30am and was told no the evening before we were to check out. It’s either 4 or 5 am On the hr. Next morning as we are getting into our uber we see the shuttle van just sitting there. We’ve used shuttle all the time with hotels. A lot of the places we can just hop on if room and go to the airport. We did this multiple times in the past at other hotels. We were first told no we couldn’t but then the next person let us. We did this for two days. Catch a shuttle with few people on it and went to the airport to catch the UP train. Staff were very friendly and did a great job but they all aren’t on the same page. Free breakfast was great. "

"Just the staff are amazing they helped me out to try to find stuff and also the food there is to die for! I would suggest eating there if you come to this place!"
