The location was excellent for what we needed - within walking distance to Rogers Centre, Aquarium and the CN Tower. The view of the airport was also very cool. We felt very safe while staying here and would definitely stay again.
Our family of four, with two boys aged 16 and 13, wanted to spend a night in Toronto, and this condo was the perfect choice! My boys thought it was such a cool place to stay, especially with the amazing view. We loved being so close to everything and being able to walk to all the nearby attractions. It made exploring Toronto so easy and enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!
Perfect location downtown, walking distance to everything you could need.
Very clean, functional space for travellers.
Hosts were quick to reply and check that we arrived and had everything we needed. There was an additional security deposit not mentioned at time of booking but seemingly standard practice. The elevator wait time was very long but to be expected with a large amount of Jays game attendees staying in the same building.
Definitely a great place to stay for a downtown Toronto trip and we will be back.

The location was excellent, but the elevators were very busy and some of the wait times were quite long, especially since one elevator was out of service. The check-in process took a bit of time. Also, when I went to the parking space I had paid for, there was already a car parked in it; however, the host was readily available and accommodated me quickly. My suggestion to future guests is to be patient and give yourself plenty of time to get the key and get parked—don't let the process ruin your stay. The building is well-used and starting to show its age, but overall it was a great experience for our short stay. The view from the 44th floor was absolutely incredible!

Was not a huge fan of this place. The rooms did not look like the pictures. It was dirty and dingy, the place had this weird smell that was super strong. It kind of smelt like cat pee but I think it was the cleaning products they used. Property was pretty sketchy, we did not feel safe here. While waiting to obtain our keys, there was a group of young girls also staying at the property that were super distressed because they found a random man standing in their room 😵💫 Security was not good, people just walking in and out and going in despite not having key fobs. Upon googling the property, it’s clear this place has a bad reputation. Wish I checked beforehand. The only positives I can give this place are that the check-in process wasn’t as bad as I anticipated given the reviews, and the location is really good. I would not stay at this place again, just did not feel safe.
First off, this is listed as a "luxury " property, it most certainly IS NOT!! We were grossed out by the disgusting stained and dirty carpets in both bedrooms!!! And there is absolutely no where to put any luggage, I used a kitchen chair and a mop bucket, then threw a towel on the floor for our carry on. I NEVER put luggage on a floor no matter how clean the place is and this one was the worst we've ever seen. Ever heard of a luggage rack?? Plenty of room for 1 or more in each room.
Microwave was dirty, there was a hair inthe cutlery drawer balcony windows haven't been washed in I dont know how long, the grove in the balcony door was full of crud. Now in the main bathroom, not a hook, a towel bar by the sink, absolutely no where to put toiletries except on top of the toilet. The ensuite toilet seat was hanging one by one screw. The hardwood floors were badly scratched which did not affect our stay.
Upon complaining about the situation the host said they were going to escalate it to management but until today we haven't heard a thing from them. They offered to come do a deep clean while we were there, but how does one shampoo carpets while being occupied. We stayed for 4 nights and just put up with it
The suite was suitable for 2 couples and a child, was sufficient room, was nice to have a kitchenette. It is very well situated close to Roger's center and CN tower all within a short walk.
I would stay in this building again, but avoid suite 308! NOT RECOMMENDED
First time using this style of hotel. The check in/out process was onerous and ridged. I would use a standard hotel if it were available for a similar price
The rooms themselves are great but the elevators in that building are terrible. 2/3 don't work so you end up waiting forever in a long line to get up and down in super packed lifts. Like 10+ minutes! It's really really bad.
They do not have a Customer Service person or receptionist there they have security, which they can’t help you. They don’t know anything about anything. I had issues in getting my keys. The whole process took me like an hour and a half, and it was bad with the keys to the first artment and then they had to give me a second apartment, but I finally got in there and it was clean in our bedroom decent
This is not a hotel. This is a condo. The check-in was an absolute disaster. The check-in info wasn't available on Expedia. I had to call and be on the phone for an hour to get the instructions in. When I got in, it immediately became clear that the listing was nothing like what the picture and description showed. Floors scratched, den turned into a "bedroom" in the middle of living room next to the dinning table. That's not a two bedroom. Bathroom plug wasn't working. No milk for coffee. windows were super dirty, you couldn't see outside. Highly don't recommend it. It was way over priced.

Check in a disaster —took almost an hour as our keys could not be found because of an invalid booking reference
Blood on our linen
Broken fridge
Hardly any water from taps in the bathroom basin
Broken and non existent plug for the bath
Broken cupboard doors
Broken shelving
Balcony dirty peeling and covered with bird excrement
I could go on and on
My perception is as follows—book the room—vacate the room for the next person
Keep expenses down—-so don’t bother with maintenance
I’m not being nasty but I have stayed in numerous places over the world and have yet to complain or write a bad review
This is my first
4 stars in Expedia—-NO
$200.00 per night absolutely not
I need someone from Expedia now to contact me to discuss my refund

My stay wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what I expected. The building is mostly full-time residents, not hotel guests, so things like elevator wait times were pretty bad — long waits and packed elevators.
The apartment was clean, but the condition didn’t match the photos. There were carpet stains, the paint work was rough, the drapes were torn, the mirror was cracked, and even the door lock — while functional — was clearly broken. Honestly, these are the kinds of things that should be fixed using the money they collect from deposits. The trim was cracking, and a lot of the repairs looked like quick fixes rather than professional work.
They also expected me to take my own trash down the hall to the trash chute. I’m not someone who leaves a mess behind or expects any kind of pampering, but I’ve never had a place ask me to do that before. It just felt out of place and a bit odd.
The bathroom was the biggest letdown and really needs to be redone. No counter space for toiletries either. Poorly patched and unpainted drywall.
I didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked clean. The view and balcony were great, and the AC & water worked really well. Parking wasn’t available because all the spots were taken, but I knew that ahead of time.
Self check‑in was smooth, but I only got one key even though I booked for two people. Overall, the location is amazing, but the room didn’t live up to the pictures. It felt like the place was “dressed up” online compared to how it actually looks.

Everything was awesome once we figured out how to get in, get the key and where the parking garage was. That’s my only complaint but now that I know the location and the procedure it’s good. I’d definitely stay again.
