"Maybe we stayed at a busy time, April 2026 for 5 nights? We found that there is no way to spend any time in the lobby area because it is always occupied by individuals on their computers. Some were there all day! I assume that the lobby is open to anyone who purchases a coffee from the cafe there thus allowing them use the wifi. We were here in the fall of 2025 and there was always room to meet with other guests in our party to have a coffee etc. Rooms are so small that meeting in the lobby is the only option. Too bad to see that this is not an option anymore . "

"Beautiful and confortable bedrooms Friendly staff Great breakfast options Things that can be improved: Logistics at breakfast is not great though, buffet is far from tables and you need to access via a small passage where there is always bottleneck as it i also the arrival of the lifts. To get all your breakfast you need a minimum of 3 to 4 trips. It would be helpful to at least have the cuttlery on the tables. I had a room on floor 23 (top floor) which was great but for some reasons at that floor the lifs are very noisy you hear them constantly in the room."

"We recently had a 1 night stay and absolutely loved it. Very clean property. Great selection in the casino and very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't go during live horse racing but I can imagine it would be a great time. If I could add one thing, it would be that the "food court" area could use some attention but with a couple great restaurants on site as well, we didn't go hungry. Would recommend this property!"

"Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. Hotel Restaurant staff were very welcoming and hospitality was very considerate and happy. Cocktails and food were wonderful quality. It was late when we arrived at check in and were really hungry... Gochujang Wings and Mussels in a white wine butter sauce were very delicious and appreciated so late in the evening. Plus a dessert for my birthday that day at 11:30pm was not necessary for the staff, but so appreciated as I was tired. Hotel rooms were quiet and peaceful. Beds, pillows, bedding was very comfortable and cozy. House keeping was excellent, very impressed with topping up tissues, towels, water, tea and making the bed during our 5 night stay. Pool was lovely and clean. Location was quiet, but Central and walking distance to aloy of sights. 26min walk to Rogers & Scotia Stadium. 40min walk to Kensington Village. Across the street at Elm Street Italian Deli.... submarine sandwiches were Excellent! Also Unholy donuts are wonderful. I would definitely stay again."
