"Hotel is totally rundown and in desperate need for renovation. Really unpleasant experience. I booked a “deluxe “room but I’m certain they gave me an old crappy room and I told the front desk that but they insisted it was correct . Front desk staff was unfriendly, not a pleasant experience by any measure. Never staying there again ."

"Convenient. Staff are amazing. Not sure how secure it is as entrance on the ground level is easily accessible to anyone, and reception is on 2nd floor. "

"Staffs are the best. They ready to help and solve every problem. However, bathrooms and change rooms are separated. So, it is inconvenient. You can use washer and dryer if you stay at least 3 nights and the cost is $20. "

"The stay was enjoyable, staff were helpful, the room was comfortable. Elevators were a little small/crowded but that comes with the age of the building. Built in 1914 as the The Dominion Bank headquarters which also means the hotel has some very nice architectural elements. We stayed in the lower floors which is original building. "
