10/10 Excellent

"The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of good food. In our room, the directions for the AC were incomplete and we had to call maintenance to be able to raise the temperature of a cold room. The fan was on low when we arrived, which we thought should be acceptable, but we were told that only if it’s on auto will the room warm up. Also, we did not like the smoked glass door on the bathroom because when the light was turned on, it brightened the whole room and disturbed a sleeper."

"The property is in a convenient location if you are visiting downtown Toronto. Bed was very comfortable. Room was more than suitable for one overnight stay.TV did not work. Front office staff were great and accommodating. However, attempting to contact the hotel from outside the building was frustrating with numerous advertisements but no human being ever answered. We were on hold twice for 20 minutes and then their line hung up. Ended up using Xpedia contact the property by messaging but no response was received. Overall, would look for another downtown hotel on next visit."

"When spending the night close to the airport for a flight the next day, I usually stay at one of the other hotels in the industrial area closer to the airport but there are limited food options or things to do in those areas after 7pm. I tried this hotel as I assumed and was correct that there was not's of lot's of food options in the Casino downstairs and an older mall across the street with a movie theater. As long as the pricing stay close to the other hotels in the industrial area, I will be staying here again in the future on business trips."
