"The room was spotless. Great location and value for money. But what stands out most is the staff. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and lovely. What you might expect at a small privately owned hotel, not a large city hotel. Well will be back."

"Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet."

Stsff were very accommodating, unfortunately garage entrance to hotel didnt open twice- had to walk around. Parking provided hours after we checked out, very thankful! "
