"Excellent location in beautiful historic building. However, rooms are small and showing wear and tear. Can hear other guests in neighbouring rooms and hallways. Small pool was always overcrowded. Restaurants not very family friendly."

"There, oddly, were no washcloths provided. Some of the staff were extremely helpful (waiters in the bar, maids), while others seemed indifferent and just wanted us to go away (certain front desk staff). Wi-fi was very weak. The room itself was fine, as were the amenities."
