Enjoyed our stay :)

Roz was so lovely and approachable; full of information about the area and very welcoming. It was a great location; close to the harbour and the town and walking distance to lots of Torquay.

Roz was lovely and friendly, the house was spotless and tastefully decorated, very comfy bed. Within walking distance to beachfront, restaurants and shops so great location....and parking.

Excellent stay

Roz and Paul were great hosts. Very attentive and welcoming. Room was so comfortable and extremely clean, even the towels were lovely. Breakfast was the best I’ve had Whilst on any holiday. Hotel is in a great location not to close and noisy but close enough to walk a few minutes to everything.

Would stay here again when in Torquay .

A lovely B&B with lovely people running it. Very clean and quiet (not including seagulls). We normally stay in god hotels but this is as a good as them if you just need a room to sleep in. If you need drinks, then there is a pub opposite the B&B. Would definitely stay here again when next visiting Torquay.

clean and tidy

Lovely welcome when we arrived , owner helped my husband with cases , very friendly all well, room lovely and clean bed comfy , only down side the noise from one of the pubs up the road so had to keep windows shut because of the noise , but all in all a lovely place to stay

Fab weekend.

Great from start to finish. A warm welcome, we got there early and the room was ready for us. The breakfast was great, James couldn't do enough for us. The weather was great. We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time.

Lovely Little Hotel in the Heart of Torquay

Very friendly welcome and clean, comfortable room Was just what we needed after a long drive south. Bit of road noise from outside but nothing that prevented us from getting a great night's rest. Breakfast was very good and made to fit our schedule regardless of the usual timings as we were the only guests requiring breakfast that day. All in all a nice place to stay with host willing to go above and beyond for our convenience - we'd certainly stay again. One note for prospective guests - the hotel parking is at the rear of the hotel. We didn't realise this at first and parked on the lay by out front, which is free but time limited in the morning. No problem, as we could have moved if we weren't leaving early, but worth noting if you intend to stay multiple nights.
