"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. "From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star"
