"The hotel was beautiful. Very good sound proofing between rooms. The pools appeared clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We chose the all-inclusive option, which was a good value, but the food was marginal. There were several options at each meal which was nice, but there wasn't anything at all that I would describe as "delicious." Many items seemed "cheap." For example, the orange juice didn't taste like orange juice, it tasted like orange drink. It seemed like it was just orange flavored. Some of the ice cream flavors, tasted like the "store brands" or "no-name brands," so they were okay but I wouldn't describe them as good. Several of the deserts seemed like they came out of a plastic wrapper like the type that have a 5-year shelf life. Most of the food was good enough, just not great. The only other downside for me was that the cafeteria was almost entirely self-serve, and I didn't see a single hand sanitizer stand/station anywhere. It freaked me out a bit since hundreds of people were touching the serving utensils and there was nowhere to sanitize my hands after also touching them. Also, there were loaves of French bread and baguettes offered, and I saw one woman just grab the loaf with her bare hand, cut off a chunk and leave the rest."

Its location is perfect, a short walk to the beach/restaurants/store and an even shorter walk to the famous Cave Rave/Bar. Thank you for making our stay a 10/10 experience!"
"it was very clean, had enough parking and the stuff was friendly. The rooms should have more trash bins for recycling (only 1), pool towels would also be good.
This website shows that the checkout time is at 12 pm, but the hotels own website shows 11 am on one page and 12 pm on the other page, which was confusing, so I asked the reception and 11 am Easter correct time for checkout. It was also confusing for other guests and should be fixed.
Otherwise, a very nice and relaxing place, would stay again."
"Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir. Seulement 15 chambres dans un immense parc toutes avec piscine et jardin privatifs totalement intégrées au lieu. On a une merveilleuse impression d’être au bout du monde. Gros coup de cœur pour notre suite raffinée, cosy et spacieuse. Petit défaut l’éclairage un peu trop tamisé dans la salle de bains pour se maquiller et manque des éclairages individuels sur les tables de chevet pour lire sans déranger son compagnon. Le service était bien mais manque de chaleur et d’attention et surtout malgré une grande clientèle française personne parle français à part Ali très prévenant. La piscine principale devrait être chauffée pour le mois de septembre. La restauration et le bar ont besoin d’être plus local et variés. Mais dîner sur le roof top le dernier soir a été un très bon moment."
