"The guy at check-in was awesome. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn’t working in one room and the TV wasn’t working in another room and there was bugs in each of the room as well as a broken sink. When we did finally get into a room it had a broken door handle and we could barely get out of the room. On top of that, the AC machine in the hallway was super loud and kept us up at night. "I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location was perfect—very walkable, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The food was amazing, and one of my favorite parts was enjoying breakfast outdoors by the pool each morning. It created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay."
