But the outdoor areas were overgrown and neglected: with very high grass; the access down to the water totally overgrown so not usable; the bench in the picture also completely overgrown and inaccessible; and the platform on the water was broken and not accessible. "The host is friendly, she sent a welcome e-mail and instructions early and responded on questions quickly. The house is a few km out from Avesta on river bank, nice and quiet. One rents a one room + kitchen + shower/wc whereas there may be other guests renting other parts of the house.
