Basic room, clean. The pool was a plus after our jungle was in the high humidity. The staff is very nice. They did my laundry for a very low cost and with a smile. For the price this hotel is okay. My only issue was having to walk a short stretch in the mud to get to it. As far as convenience it is walking distance to the national park and to the many restaurants and shops.

Chambre correcte mais des gravats traînent juste à l’entrée de l’hôtel, la piscine est trouble et ne fait pas envie. J’avais payé en ligne et on m’a réclamé le paiement à plusieurs reprises. Un guide attaché à l’hôtel vous harponne dès le parking à la Pavona, son collègue prévenu de votre arrivée vous attend aà l’arrivée du bateau, vous emmène à l’hôtel et attend votre réponse pour les visites, que nous avons prises et qui se sont globalement bien passées mais ça fait un peu vente forcée.

Pleasant stay

Breakfast (could have been a bit bigger) was in another hotel that belongs to this hotel but that was no problem as it was a nice short walk along the beach. All in all very pleasant stay and nothing to complain about.

Hôtel simple mais propre la piscine est un plus. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner simple servi dans un autre hotel à proximité. Seulement quelques chambres (9). L'hôtel est situé dans un petit ensemble de maisons typiques avec habitants sympa aux alentours et commodités, idéal pour faire connaissances. Surtout le gros plus sont les animaux directement sur l hôtel oiseaux et singes...

Petit hotel un peu à l'écart de la rue principale

Comme l'hôtel est un peu à l'extérieur du "centre-ville", on s'y sent encore plus dans la jungle. On a pu voir directement du balcon : toucan, singes hurleurs, colibris, aras... les guides proposés par l'hôtel sont venus nous rencontrer au stationnement à La Pavona et nous ont offert un très bon service (pour nous indiquer où se trouve l'hôtel et les tours disponibles dans le parc national de Tortuguero).

Basic neat hotel

Good location in the Tortugero village. Compred to the other hotels in the area the quality was good enough. Pool was a big plus, because the see is too dangerous to swim because of strong currents.

Buena estadía

El lugar es limpio y bien cuidado. La piscina también estaba muy limpia y fue un punto favorable para refrescarse durante el día. El desayuno estaba muy bueno; talvez pensaría en ofrecer una opción con gallo pinto que es tan tradicional en CR. Debería recordarse a los huespedes que el desayuno es el Icaco. Nosotros tuvimos que llamar porque no sabíamos donde ir a desayunar.

Petit hôtelotel ayant répondu a nos attentes de part son environnement, la propreté et la grandeur des chambres. La petite piscine est un plus. Le personnel est par ailleurs très courtois. Je ne regrette pas du tout ce choix qualité/prix.
