"We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property).
The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view.

Wir waren im Rosen Zimmer, es war schoen eingerichtet, sehr zauber und gepflegt, historische charmant mit modernem Komfort, Klima usw. wir haben extra eine Weinprobe gemacht und genossen, Wein und Olivenoel vom hohen qualitaet. We stayed for 3 nights at this agroturismo, and I’d like to share my personal experience. This isn’t my first time at such a property, so I have some expectations.
PROS:
The highlight? The three adorable dachshunds living on the property—definitely worth three stars just for them!
The outdoor area is beautiful, complete with a pool and a variety of animals in the backyard. This can be particularly fascinating for children.

"This is just an easy train hop from Florence. Empoli is adorable. If you would like a spot from where you can head out to anywhere in Tuscany, this is a great spot. It has a lovely balcony and Tatiana and other staff where very nice and helpful. "
