Very clean and tidy, Was very warm day and would have been good if windows had been left open during the day so room not so hot on arrival as no aircon unfortunately. Unfortunately road noise travelled thru the bathroom fan (windows double glazed so they worked but not the fan). One of the better motels in Oamaru I think. "
