夜遅くにチェックインしたにも関わらず、時間外の対応をしてくださりありがとうございます。 お風呂はぬるめでしたが、その分ゆっくり浸かれました。朝食も美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございます😊

建物の外観は気にしなくてもいいです、館内は綺麗、清潔にしておられます。浴場も綺麗ですまた、湯温度も熱くないので長くノンビリと浸かれました。

スタッフの方々がとても親切

鳥取大に通う人ら暮らしの息子に会いに神奈川から行きました。 楽しいひと時を過ごす事ができ、とても感謝しています。 また、色々とワガママを聞き入れて頂きありがとうございました。 朝食のブュッフェは品数は多いとは言えませんがとても美味しく頂く事が出来ました。

マッサージ器が快適。

部屋も広く、またマッサージ器があり温泉の後にテレビを見ながらコリも取れ、快適に過ごせました。また、料理(夕食、朝食共に）も美味しくいただく事ができました。

Nice Staff

The hotel is little bit old but clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Telephone number in the booking agent website is not correct which caused a little trouble to locate the hotel by using the GPS.

湖山池が、見えるホテル

湖畔の、静かなホテル。晩ご飯は、予約せずに行ったので、メニューに掲載されていた、 アワビや、ヘレ、ロース、イカ等、品切れが、多かったのが、残念でした。 従業員は、親切で、アットホームな感じです。車が、ないと足回りは、悪いです。

ケンシーの休日 温泉巡り 2016.12.19

施設は古いながらも、スタッフの方々の一生懸命さが伝わってきました。 ホテルの周囲には何もありませんが、1キロくらいのところにはローソンがありました。 朝食は質素ながらも充分な内容でした。 温泉も気持ちよく利用させていただきました。
