Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with my specific requests. The room was spotless and spacious with a great view of Taipei 101. The bed was super comfortable with high-quality linens. The housekeeping team did an excellent job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. One of the highlights was the breakfast – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend it whether you are traveling for pleasure or business! "

"Big beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Very kind and helpful staff. One person in particular went over and above for us during breakfast, and we felt really well cared for by her especially. The housekeeping staff are also very good at their jobs. Loved the pool and the fact that it stays open into the late evening. The surrounding area is not the most pretty, but it doesn't matter, we liked the local feel and being away from the crowds. There are nice places to eat, convenience stores and subway stations a short walk away. This hotel was a great choice for our family trip to Taiwan and we would stay here again for sure. "

"The property is convenient to the subway, parks and restaurants. The room had 2 beds and was spacious. We appreciated the daily sodas and water that were replenished in the room. The morning Chinese breakfast was adequate - good variety but the food was a bit cold. Service from staff was excellent - we had packages delivered, they assisted with making change for the laundry and loaned umbrellas to us. A good value for a very convenient location!"
