The staff was not very helpful. Was not rude either but not worry about making you feel welcome. Maybe because was already late when we done the check in. When asked about restaurants around the answer was MacDonalds. We drove around and we manage to get a nice restaurant.

Got in eventually
Apart from not being able to get a positive response to our phone call regarding arrangements for check-in on Saturday (Reception did not open till 6p.m.) the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was basic but perfectly serviceable and clean however unbearably hot with only a fan - no air conditioning, so very uncomfortable overnight.

Hotel situé sur un rond-point mais proche de l'hôpital purpan, la petite cour sympa dommage qu'on n'est pas pu en profiter car il pleuvait

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Bien situé, à 2 pas du CHU de Purpan et d'un grand centre commercial, proche de l'aéroport. Le calme règne la nuit. Les petits déjeuners très correctes. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Donc dans l'ensemble très satisfaite. Merci à toute l'équipe.

J'ai passé une bonne nuit entre le dimanche et le lundi. L'accueil a été très agréable. Le matin j'ai oublié de réserver le petit déjeuner, mais la personne qui était à L'accueil ma indiqué une boulangerie à deux pas de l'hôtel.
