The room was comfortable and complete and clean. The air conditioning didn't work at night because the hotel turn off, because it's central equipment. It was very hot at nigth.

It was in a quiet out of city area with lots of green space. Secure free parking and comfortable studio apartment with cooking facilities We had 2 nights here and used the excellent public transport system to explore Toulouse.

Comfortable stay
Stay was comfortable after upgrading our room for an additional charge. The photos show the rooms as bigger than they are. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Great price, but hotel needs a little TLC.
For sure, this hotel is a good deal and great if you are planning to arrive late. The kitchenette is great, but with a very basic set of dishes and utensils. Checkin was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived relatively late at 9pm and it was great to know that they have 24 hour service. We arrived on a warm August day and the lack of air condition was kind of a rough night's sleep. Opening the window allowed the gnats in, which just kind of exacerbated the issue. The room was clean, but in need of a little TLC.

I have stayed here twice. First time toilet wouldn't flush. In general good little kitchen with basics. Clean bathroom etc and comfortable bed

Best of class hotel from our perspective. Clean, new, modern, efficient, with friendly staff business hotel. Quite on weekends as they seem to cater to local business travelers for the business district that the hotel is located in. Close hop out to city attractions by car.

Make sure this is what you're after
This is not a hotel. They rent out tiny units. Cleaning isn't daily or free and they take out a deposit during check-in and bill you after your stay should they consider the apartment isn't handed back in good conditions. That is washing the dishes, glass in the bathroom after use, taking the trash out, etc. About the room, there's no airconditioning, no toiletries, no phone to call reception. The employee at the reception desk (one guy for the huge residence) was nice. And the location is quite far from the city.

Our establishment is an hotel residence and not an hotel that is why we ask our guests to respect the rules of life that are to take the trash out and clean the kitchen. Moreover, you have to know that the residence is not equipped with the air conditioning system but we invite you, for your next stay, to pass by the reception and ask a fan for free. Finally, we are 10 minutes far from the city by car. If you did not have a vehicle, the public transport come in front of the hotel or, it is possible, at the reception, to call a taxi for you. Ideal for for visiting the oncopole hospital Has kitchenette in all rooms which is handy as there is now no restaurant No aircon rooms are stifling even when the weather is cold but nice big opening windows

Room very very very basic. Terrible position miles from anywhere and close to a very rough area. No taxi,s from town late at night, had to walk 7k from town at 1am in the morning through a very rough area. Taxi,s in to town from hotel expensive 30 euros and taxi from airport to hotel a crazy 52 euros.

A lovely night in Toulouse
Friendly reception staff, very hot day with no air conditioning in hotel, however staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, by providing a fan. Dinner was lovely as was the service.

Spacious, new hotel on the southern edge of town
My wife and I really liked this place. In contrast to many European hotels, our room was spacious. Given our long trip and several big bags, this was very nice. In addition, we had a kitchenette in our room, which allowed us to make our own breakfast rather than having to buy it at the hotel. We really liked it. The only thing to realize is that the hotel is outside the main part of the city, so you're not near a metro stop. There is a bus which runs by the hotel, and there's free parking if you have a car. Definitely recommended.
