"We made the reservation while traveling the Huron coast toward Cheboygan. Upon arrival, the customer service person experienced difficulty finding our reservation. The reservation was located and the appropriate room was provided. The room was relatively clean, but dated. The wifi performed well. The HVAC system and bathroom facilities were functional, but not as would be expected for a facility rated a 9. The water in the bathroom had a noticeable odor and rust. The mattress on the bed was well-worn and concave in the middle, which made sleeping uncomfortable. This lodging is at best average, maybe a 5 of 10."
