"The property was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A particularly nice touch was reception calling shortly after check-in to make sure everything was okay. The hotel is quite new and has lots of technology, which is a great idea, but unfortunately we experienced several issues. The electronic “Do Not Disturb/clean my room” system in our room did not work. We reported this to reception twice, but it was never fixed. As a result, on 6 of our 7 days, staff knocked on our door, sometimes up to three times in the morning, or entered the room while we were still in bed, despite us being in the room. This was the most frustrating part of our stay, particularly as we did not have breakfast and were usually in the room from around 9:30am. This could have been resolved with a paper trusty do not disturb sign. The in-room Bluetooth also did not work, despite being advertised at check-in. We were also given a second key so we could leave the air conditioning on while out, but this was later taken by the cleaners. The pool was lovely, although busy at times, and ordering food and drinks by phone was very convenient. We were slightly disappointed that the terrace bar shown in the photographs did not appear to be operating. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the staff were excellent. However, the unresolved technology issues, especially the privacy system, did make the experience less enjoyable. Hopefully these issues can be addressed for future guests."

"Nous avons séjourné dans une suite junior, et nous étions deux adultes et un enfant. Le lit était très confort et même le divan lit pour l’enfant était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui était juste assez fraîche pour nous rafraîchir. Notre fille a adoré s’y baigner. J’ai également apprécié le coin café de la chambre, et le fait que tout était réapprovisionner à chaque jour. Situé au cœur de la vieille ville à proximité de la Mezquita, la localisation est parfaite. De plus, le fait que nous pouvions nous y rendre en voiture et la laisser ensuite au Valais, parking pour une somme raisonnable, c’est parfait!"
