"Parking was good. The breakfast was the same for the four days we were there. Had better provided breakfast elsewhere. They never made our room the one day! But had good room service the other days. "

"Booked last minute i know. But flights were crazy trying to get into yyc. I was trying to get to work. When i found out if I got to calagry late crew truck might be gone so i went online and booked. So when i landed i could stay night and leave for work the next morning. When i booked it said it was fully refundable. An hour later. Flight was a no go. Did not need room. Go so i tried to cancel. Called. Went online. Nothing. So i was billed for full night. I would have takena credit or half refund. But they didnt care. So not only was in stressfull situation. But i am out money. This happened once before with my fly in fly out job thru yyc. But i was at hoilday inn they gave me credit for another noght stay. So I paid for room never used. And I hope they didn't do something shady a rent it out again. "

"It is not close to the Calgary airport, about a 15-20 minute drive. The rooms were fairly clean but dated. Staff is friendly. "

"I felt The music in the lobby when I was checking in was a little loud and made it hard to hear the check in clerk. The front parking lot seemed a bit run down and unkept"

"We booked a stay here to catch a flight in the early morning. Had booked a grande king suite with pull out sofa, they gave us two queens in a room that was so hot we had to open the window in the winter. I had told the front desk that the two queens were wrong and they told me that's what hotels.com booked for me. Told me that the only compensation I could get was food vouchers to the restaurant and had to be used before we flew out. Needless to say we had hardly any sleep before we got on our flight. Wouldn't return."

"Staff is friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. One of the downside is the heater/fan is really loud. There's a pool with sauna and steam room (rare to find both at a hotel property). The fitness room is open 24/7 which is great! Lots of equipment, and they're pretty new. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant on site as it's currently under renovation. Fortunately, there are other restaurants within walking distance. "
