"Felt a lot like resorts you remember fondly only to cone back and no work or upkeep put into it. Half the lamps and outlet in our suite didn’t work and there we a pile of french fries by the elevator left for over 20 hours with ants crawling over them. We notified the housekeeper who seemed surprised but she had to have passes them at least once? Whatever. Bed was good though"

"I would’ve liked the hot tub to be a bit hotter. I have stayed there several times and do not understand how the TV system works. There is no guide several staff, including front desk mechanical and housekeeping have also come to my room to show me the TV and they don’t understand how it works it would be helpful if there was just a little card to show us how to find the guide on the TV."

"I have stayed there many times over the past 2 years. They still haven't fixed the Fire panel and there have been 2 times I've had to evacuate the building. Can someone tell me why I go back?"

"There were no lotion in the washroom. 2nd day after room service came, did not leave the makeup remover wipes. Requested top level room but was giving me main floor room. Then had to request again then gave me 5th floor room. Parking is rare to find. Overall not a good experience. Will not stay next time. Not a 4 startl quality for sure. "

"We were interrupted twice during our stay by cleaning crew asking when we will be departing our room. The first interruptions happen 1 hour after check in and the second 2 hrs later."
