"Das Hotel ist schnuckelig, sauber und absolut zu empfehlen! Klar ist es etwas teurer heutzutage, aber alle müssen ja durchkommen. Das Zimmer war schön groß, hatte einen sehr netten Balkon, wo man noch ein Gläschen Wein trinken konnte und auch das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. "Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7. "

"Was fairly easy to find, conveniently located if you are going to the Christmas Market int he Ravine. Although the email said we had to collect the key from the safe due to late check in, there was someone at the reception who not only checked us in but walked us to the room & showed us around. Room itself was clean, cosy & warm. added bonus was there is ZERO light pollution so the night ky was amazing!"

After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. "
