"In all the times I have used Expedia, this was the worst experience. The hotel staff did not explain to us at check-in that the State Highway was using the lot across the street for disposing road materials from night operations. Dump trucks unloading debris and taking material back to the construction site all night long. As you could imagine, getting sound sleep was impossible. The solution from the staff was to leave one set of ear plugs on the desk (which would have been useless). With the limited occupancy that night, they could have put everyone on the opposite side of the hotel away from the noise. In addition, another first for me, I had to hold the toilet seat up every time I relieved myself. Other problems included only one working elevator, a room and bathroom in need of refreshing, and no shampoo in their dispenser (it could have been the dispenser was broken). In all, I recommend Expedia take this hotel off your site. Hyatt stole my money, plain and simple. I know I will not ever use another Hyatt again. Since I live near a flagship Hyatt and have regularly played golf there a couple times a year, have had family stay there when visiting, and eaten at their restaurants, I assure you their loss of revenue from me, my family, and business will far exceed this petty theft. Completely irresponsible."

"Place was great to stay at, the 12pm check out is nice, but on our last day around 9am house keeping tried to come in to clean and then kept walking by to knock, when I opened the door they were walking away. Made it seem like it was a reminder to get out and they did this a couple of times, well before 12pm. Kind of annoying. "

"Staff was rude when I checked In , I asked the person at the front desk if this is where I check in she said yes and I said ok may I check in please her response was you can check in when I’m done with this and proceeded to fold 3 towels in front of me and once she piled them up then she attended to me and didn’t even give info on breakfast or WiFi horrible first impression but the guy at check out greeted me with a smile and was nice . Room was clean and spacious however there were small dust bunnies on the lamps and dirt stains in the curtains that was gross ."

"The hotel had a good standard and a very nice backyard and pool area. The breakfast area didn’t match the standard of the hotel and the breakfast was very limited. It costed a star in my opinion."
