"My friends and I booked this hotel through Expedia for Beyond Wonderland. I booked two months in advance. The day of my booking I called around 9:30 am for early check-in. Right off the bat the receptionist gave me attitude and was extremely rude. They told me they were overbooked so couldn't accept early check-ins. I understand this was an extremely busy weekend so I simply explained that the person I spoke to the day prior suggested I call the morning of. The worker told me " well it's TODAY and there's none". Around 1pm, I got a call from them telling me my reservation was CANCELLED!! They claimed they tried running my card a few times around 9am however they did not call me, nor when I called them initially, they did not let me know. I would have been more that happy to provide another credit card. Plus I called my bank and I had the funds? So either way, again the receptionist was extremely rude, cutting me off constantly, and showing no patience whatsoever. She showed no empathy, nor care. My friends and I came a long way, had no where to go, and had to sleep in our car!!!! I am livid typing this. Do not book, or at least, do not book through a 3rd party app. The workers there do not care about you at all, and could care less if you are stranded. A simple phone call would have cleared this all up! SMH. "

"This place is the worst! An absolute DUMP!!! From roaches, to torn carpet, leaky and terrible faucets, moldy restroom/shower, stains everywhere, semi clean towels, abandoned vehicles in the parking lot, smoking in a non smoking section and people being loud throughout the night! An absolute let down!"

"The staff at this facility is superb. Extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Was impressed when the housekeeping manager came to check on my housekeeping needs on the second day. I have stayed at a number of hotels for multiple days and have never had that occur before. Impressive and nice to kniw he follows up on his emplyees work. Saw him the day before checking on his staff and the rooms. Made it a point to let him know how clean the room was and he was very appreciative of that. The facility is upgrading their rooms. Wished they had finished the upgrade in the room I was assigned. The poor carpet had seen better days a decade ago."

"This is my goto spot whenever I am in Ontario. The rooms are nice and clean. There's plently of parking. Staff is friendly but this time one lady was very rude and gave us attitude because we requested late checked out when we checked in. She rudely said we can't do that. Whoever she was I hope she sees this because that's not how you treat a paying customer. The guy we always see when we check in is the nicest guy ever! I love hearing his stories he tells us. He knows how to show great customer service."
