We visited this hotel in November, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough. We booked the grand suite beachfront room and the view was amazing. Every time you looked out on the balcony- You saw the beach! This hotel is located in front of the beach with many dining and shopping options. The area of this hotel felt very secure and we were able to walk to many places. The room had many basic amenities which is what we needed (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). We also had the opportunity to eat the buffet breakfast, which had so much variety. The staff here was a very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff is awesome. We booked 2 rooms Rooms are cleaned. Breakfast is good. The best thing is that they have the Japanese toilet

Great location. Need better housekeeping we had to chase for towels as they run out. Great location reception staff very friendly

Ocean was not visible from our room or the hotel. Pool was pretty but was quite chilly! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with arranging transportation when needed. Breakfast had a very wide variety.

Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Check-in process was smooth
