"This Ramada Plaza is more a four, than a five-star, and appears dated. Service wrt parking at the front, front desk, and baggage was great. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive, and the outdoor pool area was lovely. However, while the room had a comfortable bed and good size, we were overwhelmed in both our rooms with the overpowering perfume smell that the hotel uses, so much so that we tried our best to aerate our rooms. "This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor. The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want.
