very bad experience, the room was very very small with no space for walking and your luggage, the bathroom very small area, the price high in comparison with service and room, there is no bed quilt in the hotel ever, I leave the room before 1 night from the end my reservation due to the bad hotel.
The hotel is very good. The staff is friendly. our sea-view rooms were quite tiny and so was the shower space. The hotel is extremely eco-friendly that the lights switch off when you stop moving for more than 7 seconds waiting for the lift to arrive. The breakfast was good with an amazing view, but download a translator app for effective communication with most of the staff.
It is ridiculous, there were no blankets in 2 rooms. The hotel receptionist said that they didn't have blankets.
There was no hot water.
I paid for 3 nights; eventually, my family and I had to leave after the first night.
So, we lost money.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location excellent near of the trabzon meydan and all bazars and the beach.

- Good location. 4 min walk to the city's main street.
- Good sea view.
- Very good staff.
- Good breakfast.
- They kept our luggage until our departure time.
Not good:
- Internet
- Very small room
- Very limited facilities in the room (e.g. they put water boiler but there is no cup and no coffee/tea)

it was very bad, smelly room, old rooms and beds furniture with one energy plug in hotel room which is not typical for hotel standarts

Reasonably priced place to stay near bazzar
Set your GPS to the main road, otherwise you will have to arrive at the front door through the narrow bazaar!!! Not fun at night!
This is a basic, clean hotel. Efficient and satisfactory breakfast with good view.

Ortalama bir otel
Otel konum olarak iyiydi, odalar eski ve tuvaletler biraz bakımsızdı. 1 gece kalacağımız için çok sorun etmedik. Kahvaltısız oda aldığımız için kahvaltısının nasıl olduğunu bilmiyorum.Tam bir ortalamaydı.
