Considering the service compared to the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, especially in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, with very comfortable mattresses that provide great rest. However, there are a few minor points that could be improved, such as the weak sound insulation and the slow water drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast offers good variety, but it would be even better with some improvement.

It was good in general but i guess the location was not OK, as you can't sleep at night due to cars and trucks sounds, the windows is duoble glass but the rims are wood and they dont close well, the tiles of the bathrooms are slippery and dangerous. Parking area should be paved and guarded.

I do like some of the staff not all when it comes to customers service and the attention, they need more training how to handle issue, from the house keeping Huda and her mother are the greatest team and customers service skill happy for them for the extra miles. Also Reem have the great customer service skill. Thank you

Otelde oda temizliğini yapanların dikkatsizlikleri ve yetersizlikleri buranın notunu düşürmeme neden oldu. Yoksa oda konforu ve açık büfe kahvaltı yeterliydi Odaya girdiğimizde klozet temiz değildi banyo malzemeleri terlik yoktu. Klozeti ben düğmesine basarak temizledim. Görevliyi çağırdığımda temizledim ve duşta duvardaki kutuda şampuan var dedi. Siz yine temizlyin dedim artik. Sabah duş alacaktım ama kutuda var dediği şampuan yoktu. Fiyata göre otel iyiydi Keşke oda temizlik görevlileride işini iyi yapsa! Genelde otel fiyatına göre lüks sayılır.

Konumu hariç her şey çok güzel

Bir gece konakladık otelin konumu otogarın yanında konumunu beğenmedim. Otelin odaları geniş ve ferah çok kullanışlı kahvaltı çok güzeldi şehir merkezine biraz uzak odalara çay için içme suyundan ayrı su bırakılmalı sadece üç tane yarım litre pet su bırakılmıştı…

Memnun kalmadım.

Resepsiyon görevlilerinin bize karşı olan tavırlarını hiç beğenmedim çok kaba ve saygısızlardı. Bazı televizyon kanalları neden yok diye sorduğumuzda o kanalları bu televizyon göstermez diye saçma sapan bir cevap verdiler. Verdikleri oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu. Bir daha Trabzon'a gelirsem kesinlikle bu otelde kalmayacağım.
