"It’s hard to find and smells when you walk in… when I went to look at my room it was filthy… I had to clean and disinfect everything! There are roaches everywhere and burns in the bed covers… there were no batteries in the remote and the towels had stains… the bathtub had no handle… I took a picture and you could not control the water temperature "

"When checking in at around 3:45 PM, the lady at the front desk made it abundantly clear that I was inconveniencing her. Apparently, she had ordered food from Taco Bell and was upset that I had interrupted her meal. She offered no helpful or informative information (i.e. breakfast hours, amenities, etc.). Upon checkout the following morning, I got the impression I had interrupted either the day clerk's sleep or his game (not sure which one). It was not great customer service at either check-in or check-out. "

"Our room was sweltering hot. When I told the front desk clerk that it was so uncomfortable she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Lol Breakfast was far less options that other hotels of this caliber. Bath tub was less than clean. Bathroom floors in the corners looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Solid disappointment with this hotel."
