"Great hotel. Only reason i did not put 5 star all is the matress was a bit weirdly placed and felt uneven and the toilet was placed in an area within the bathroom that was inconvenient for large people like me. Great service and room though. Very polite and very clean"

"Communication: I emailed 24h before arrival to ask that the sofa bed please be made and I never got a reply. 6 hours before arrival I haven't received check in details so I contacted them in WhatsApp and there is where I finally received check- in details The sofa bed hadn't been made and there was still rubbish in the kitchen and bathroom from previous guests, the duvets didn't have a cover and were dirty. The freezer was also dirty. The balcony wasn't clean either. I appreciate it that when we mentioned the rubbish and asked for help making the sofa bed they sent someone immediately. The property is a short Uber into the city. "
