"The villa is beautiful, the bungalow unit was perfect for 3 teenagers, just next to the pool. The double room was on the ground floor next to the dinning room but still was quite. The staff are friendly and willing to assist you, the garden is best area for relaxing or playing. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The valley area is must for exploring by car and walk. Only you have to know the water in the shower are a bit salty and the temperature is not stable - cycles of hot and cold...

"This is a sweet alpine hotel set atop the hill of Sinaia. The rooms are large, and it is worth the extra to get a room with a balcony to sit outside beneath the pine forest; and some rooms have a view of the valley. Modern bathrooms and showers, coffee and kettle. Overall fairly quiet on a summer weeknight. Staff is very helpful, allowing me to check in as I arrived early, and the free breakfast was very good with traditional cheeses, meats, eggs, veggies. croissants and pastries. Expect to do a little walking (5-7 mins) to a nearby bus stop if you do not have a car, but Castle Peles is quite close and walkable. Quite happy with my stay at Ioana Hotel and would recommend!"

"Wonderful location in Sinaia - easy walk to everything in town. Good restaurant with international menu and wonderful serving staff, especially Antonio. We did not get a refurbished room so everything in the room was dated but we did get a big, beautiful balcony with a fantastic mountain view. Air conditioning was great! Breakfast was unbelievable - so many choices - one of the best I have ever seen! All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and thanks to our kind driver, Nelu, for airport pickup and later transfer to our hotel in Bucharest. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Alpin Resort. The hotel staff prepared a lovely surprise when we arrived: champagne, chocolate, petals. It was our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room had a cozy feel but spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The dinners were rich and plenty to choose from. We had the time of our lives and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Alpin Resort! We will return."
