The staff was ok. Very cold and couldn't be bothered to help with more request when we asked to use sauna, which needs to pay extra to use. The room is in old style room facing lake but very cold. Very appropriate business class hotel (especially if you stay in a new ring). Clean snd nicely equipped rooms, friendly stuff, good spa/salon, and central location. Highly recommended for all visitors to Vilnius!!
