The front desk staff, Stephanie and Tina were most helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the restaurant is available for evening meals. We had no issues with the room. We are comfortable walking stairs. Murten is an interesting town with an interesting history."

"The hotel had air conditioning, which was the only thing I needed from it during a heatwave trip. It was clean, convenient and comfortable, but most importantly it was cool. My beagles and I were very happy here. I must mention that the staff are outstanding. My first night here, I went to the bar to get a bottle of Coke to take to the room with me and the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) brought it up to the third floor as I had my hands full. I didn’t ask for this, he kindly offered unprompted. Great customer service."
