Had a issue with the pillow brought me a different one within 10 minutes. Hotel bar os excellent with a great sitting area out the back , food is fab also at the hotel bar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay definitely recommend to anyone.."

"When we arrived we were very tired from traveling. We opened the door to this amazing suite and felt so blessed! We each took turns soaking for an hour in the enormous in room bath. The food at the in house restaurant was superb! Augustine I believe is the name of our server both at dinner and breakfast and he was wonderful! Gave us great meal selections and was very kind and welcoming. Definitely as asset! We also had breakfast buffet the next morning before our days touring of castles and again it did not disappoint. Just a beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could. "
