"I booked this hotel to be near the airport for a 6am flight. The room was so cozy and comfortable that I wished I could have spent more time there. Staff was really helpful and the location is convenient to buses to City Centre if you want to go there. "

"The location is wonderful - right on the Council Square with a view of the plaza & Council Tower. Very convenient for visiting the Old Town & shopping. Staff is very welcoming & helpful. There is no lift, but the room was spacious & comfortable. The shower was a large oddly shaped tub with a handheld sprayer. The breakfast was nice, & the staff very friendly. Overall, would highly recommend! "

"The staff on the front desk are very helpful and welcoming asked questions about the city they were happy to help. The hotel is extremely clean, lovely well kept rooms. Had a issue with the pillow brought me a different one within 10 minutes. Hotel bar os excellent with a great sitting area out the back , food is fab also at the hotel bar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay definitely recommend to anyone.."
