"The room is so good, clean and no odors. In addition, water heater works properly and so does the air conditioner. The hotel is making a lots of improvement, such as a great outdoor living area for chit-chat with our friends. The hotel has the most interesting kid outdoor activity that my kids and my friend kids love much. They play so many times until tired. One minor note is that it needs a little maintenance to fix wifi (too slow, making streaming difficult), and exposed wiring in kitchen, stuck doors, etc.)...

10/10 Excellent

I love my stay here. The team manage to cater to my request of decorating the room for my birthay friend. Birthday gurl was very happy with the decoration, towel art and cake. Thank you Irma & team. Apart from their great hospitality, the place was awesome, food was amazing, also there so much in-house activities we can join in too, subject to schedule. Overall, I am impressed and definely coming here again for my next trip to Malang. Thank you all.
