"This is a fantastic place to stay, accessible only with a car, about 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Beautiful setting, comfortable modern room with lots of space and amenities. Amazing breakfast (best croissant I had in france), very accomodating staff."

"The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques. The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer."

At check out the elderly receptionist was confused and could not see that I already pre-paid via hotels.com. So I was forced to pay 680 euro again. The lady promised to check with hotels.com the same day and email me. Now 3 weeks later, I still got no refund. Or any responds. I called 2 times, and emailed with documentation 3 times, only to get the info that she did not get my emails. But after...
