"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "

"Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"
