"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"The view made our stay here so worth it. Quiet, peaceful, and amazing. We only got a peek of the sunrises (the weather was quite foggy) but even then it was magnificent. Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout. "Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
