"Conditions were very good"

"Everything we expected was fine!"

"First, I did not have a working outlet in the bathroom and when I tried to use the lamp outlet it kept coming out. Second there was a dirty adult diaper in the parking lot. Lastly, I was laying in bed at 10:30 at night and the person next to me had their TV so loud I could hear what they were watching, I called the front desk they said they came up but the person didn't answer and that they tried to call them. I don't know if it was me banging on their wall because the front desk said "that is not a reason to switch rooms" or if they got in touch with them. Then at 630 in the morning they were blasting music "dancing on my own" to be exact. There was trash on my floor when I first walked in. Just not a good stay, hopefully it was a fluke but I won't be staying there again. "

"This is a great facility! Staff is welcoming and amazing. They have great food options. This has definitely become our preferred stopover location! "

"I never showed up because there was a snowstorm and in a state of emergency and they would not refund my money. There was no way I could travel there safely and get home safely and they still would not give me my money back, I live four hours away."

"Parking is across the street. Pretty far to carry your belongings. The turn to get in or out of that lot is very tight. Room was ok. Not very insulated. People's door closing very loudly. The heat was not turned on before we got there and was very cold. Pet friendly but no area for your dog to go. Unless you go across the street to the lot. There is no grass area in sight. "
